Klupengers Nursery was established over 58 years ago by Joe Klupenger.
Since that time it has been known as a premier source of Ornamental Maples, Rhododendrons
and Azaleas and other specimen varieties of woody ornamentals. Today the nursery
has grown into a substantial business.
Our Northwestern region has a climate that is adaptable for many Descript of hardy
landscape plants to flourish. Here in Aurora, Oregon we have a microclimate that
gives plants the ability to thrive while experiencing four full seasons to condition
our plants for virtually any retail market. We also have the benefit of the rich
soil of the Willamette River Valley.
Here at the nursery our mission is to grow outstanding quality plants for retail
garden centers, re-wholesalers and landscape contractors. Our nursery is divided
into container growing, utilizing pot-in-pot techniques, production greenhouses,
field growing of specimen plants and shade house growing areas.
We sell to all markets in the United States and Canada. Our plants are shipped in
Oregon and Washington by Klupengers trucks, and all others by contract carriers.
